Build your new Mercedes-Benz vehicle to your exact preferences including the exterior colour, interior design, wheels, accessories, and optional equipment. We can also provide fair market value for your trade-in.
Once your new Mercedes-Benz the car arrives to our dealership you will be notified to touch, feel, and test drive your vehicle prior to taking delivery. If you decide the car isn’t for you, your deposit is fully refundable.
No more shopping around to find the vehicle that fits your needs. Simply place your order in advance with us! And if you are in a lease, we will work with you to start the order of your Mercedes-Benz in time for your lease return.
Common Questions
How long does a custom order usually take?
It can take between 3 and 8 months for your new Mercedes-Benz to arrive at our Kitchener-Waterloo showroom. Our team, however, will keep you informed throughout the build process of your vehicle’s estimated time of arrival.
Is a deposit required prior to placing a custom order?
Yes. You will need to put down a minimum deposit of $5,000 to order your fully customized Mercedes-Benz.
Will my vehicle be eligible for special rebates, lease incentives, or other special offers?
Yes. Your vehicle will be eligible for all the special rebates, incentives, special offers, and programs the month the vehicle is delivered.
Can I order a vehicle if I live outside of Canada (or Ontario?)
Unfortunately, custom orders are available only for those who live in Canada.
