It Passes a 166+ Point Inspection
When the dealer’s technicians undertake a vehicle inspection they start with the exterior, making sure the structure and appearance are up to Mercedes-Benz standards. The interior inspection includes a full review of the finishes, seat belts, flooring and more. Next, they evaluate the vehicle’s functionality, thoroughly checking components such as the electrical systems, engine, fluids, filters and transmission. Before any Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is deemed to be ready for the road, all recall campaigns and standard services are completed and the tires meet Mercedes-Benz factory standards.

Coverage You Can Trust for Up to Six Years
Every Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz is backed by the 4-year/80,000-kilometre New Vehicle Warranty. Once that expires, the Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty goes into effect, providing an additional 24 months of coverage, up to 120,000 accumulated kilometres. To help you buy and drive with total confidence, the Star Certified Warranty can be upgraded to an Extended Limited Warranty at any time during the New Vehicle Warranty period, as long as the vehicle has been maintained regularly by an authorized Mercedes-Benz Retailer.
Extended Limited Warranty
The Extended Limited Warranty offers an additional 24 or 36 months of coverage and a total of 160,000 accumulated kilometers. Like the Star Certified Warranty, the Extended Limited Warranty goes into effect when the New Vehicle Warranty expires, however it provides coverage that is more comprehensive.
